1. General Information:

- The company reserves the right to make modifications, additions, or deletions to project details, specifications, layouts, and features at any time without prior notice.

2. Project Specifications:

- All dimensions, layouts, and designs are subject to change as per approvals from relevant authorities or project requirements.

- Visuals, maps, and illustrations are artistic impressions and are not to scale. The actual project may vary.

3. Booking and Payments:

- The allotment of plots is subject to the receipt of the booking amount and compliance with all legal and financial requirements.

- Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may attract penalties or cancellation as per the terms of the agreement.

4. Ownership and Registration:
